This marvelous example of a typical Mississauga drain can only be described by one word. Boring. Never has a drain become so uninteresting so soon.
Upon climbing over the concrete barrier and squeezing under the outfall gate, one is presented with a slight curve in the drain where a manhole shaft leads to busy street above.
Then the unthinkable occurs. The 2400mm RCP goes straight. Really straight and for a long, long ways. That sums up the Mississauga wonder known as The Silent Carrier, or Eraserhead if you're Micro who may have actually found this a day before us.
